The Four Foundations of Edtomorrow

Our work with schools is supported by the intentional progression of the Four Foundations of Edtomorrow.

The First Five encompasses our “Three Cs” of building a strong and authentic community: Connection, Care, and Character. These intentional moments are done within the “First Five” minutes of being together.

Classroom Circles are the most powerful structures for building a trusting and thriving learning community. Investment in the First Five, mentioned above, offers the perfect scaffold to the experience of Circle.

Reflections are strategies and mindsets that give members of a learning community the opportunity to reflect upon their actions and experience accountability. These strategies open avenues for our participants to begin the process of Repair and Redemption.

Repair Structures are structures used to bring members of the community together once they are ready to repair any harm that has been done. The structures we employ can work in small or large groups. The goal is for individual and community accountability.
