101 Restorative Foundational Frameworks Training

  • This training equips teachers with the tools and mindset needed to build a collaborative, empathetic, and inclusive classroom culture. Participants will begin by exploring what it means to adopt a Restorative mindset and how it influences everyday interactions and conflict management. Using the Social Discipline Window as a guide, teachers will learn to approach student behavior with high support and control, creating an environment that prioritizes mutual respect and problem-solving over punitive measures.

    Teachers will engage with strategies like Affective Statements and Reflection Questions to express feelings, communicate the impact of student actions, and model emotional intelligence. We will also explore Classroom Commitments—collaborative agreements created by students and teachers to establish shared expectations and responsibilities.

    Participants will also learn to facilitate Reflection Circles, a structured and intentional method for guiding students through discussions on key themes such as empathy, managing emotions, and addressing conflicts. Reflection Circles provide a safe space for students to express their thoughts, listen to others, and build a deeper sense of connection and understanding within the classroom community.

  • This training empowers school administrators to develop a Restorative mindset that balances high support with strong accountability, creating a pathway for meaningful change in school discipline practices. Participants will begin by exploring the foundational elements of a Restorative Mindset. We delve into the critical question of when to use consequences versus a Restorative approach, guiding participants through a consequence flowchart to analyze their current use of disciplinary actions and evaluate the effectiveness of these practices on their campus.

    Building on this reflective process, we introduce the Social Discipline Window to identify and apply the optimal approach for managing both individual incidents and ongoing challenges. Our training then integrates the F.O.R.M. Model, a structured method that guides facilitators in addressing conflicts. Finally, participants will learn to implement key strategies such as Repair Circles and Repair Meetings, transforming conflicts into opportunities for building community and fostering personal accountability.

    This training equips administrators with the tools and confidence to shift from punitive discipline models to a more restorative, equitable approach that prioritizes connection and accountability. By the end of the session, participants will be ready to lead their schools with strategies that not only resolve conflicts but also strengthen relationships and build a culture of trust and belonging.

201- Transformative Accountability for School Administrators

  • This impactful training is designed to equip school leaders with the tools and strategies needed to support students transitioning back to school after an extended absences.  Grounded in Edtomorrow’s principles of Restorative Practices, the Re-entry Process focuses on building thriving communities by fostering supportive relationships and mutual accountability.  This training provides research-backed insights and practical strategies for creating supportive, inclusive school environments that nurture individual and collective success.

    Participants will explore the foundational elements of the Re-entry Process, while learning how to develop and support collaborative plans designed to promote greater student achievement.  In addition, the Re-entry Process ensures that all involved experience greater success in their work with students. By actively identifying staff needs and fostering relationships throughout, the Re-entry Process creates a collaborative environment where both students and staff thrive, building deeper connections and mutual accountability that enhance the overall learning experience.  

    This immersive training goes beyond traditional “sit and get” professional developments by offering hands-on small group experiences, collaborative discussions, and actionable strategies, templates, and resources to takeaway and implement within existing school structures.  By the end of the training, participants will leave with a renewed sense of purpose, practical interventions for immediate use, and a deeper understanding of how to transform a student’s return into a meaningful opportunity for growth, connection, and community-building.

301- Re-Entry Systems for Support and Success

  • Our on-campus services are designed collaboratively with district and campus leadership to align with your specific goals and needs. Together, we create an intentional plan where an Edtomorrow team member visits your classrooms to model the First Five and Classroom Circles live with your students. These sessions also include observing educators as they facilitate these practices themselves, followed by personalized feedback and actionable strategies to refine their approach.

    Coaching has been a transformative experience for educators, building their confidence and effectiveness in implementing these practices independently. By seeing the First Five and Circles modeled in real-time with their own students, educators gain invaluable insights and the opportunity to ask questions and troubleshoot on the spot.
